Intangible
A story of gastronomy and friendship brought to life by photographer Jérémy Veron.
Enter through the garden, go to the château. INTANGIBLE is the name of the restaurant launched 5 years ago by Emma Destruel (27) and Antoine Sallier (31), both of whom have worked for Alain Ducasse. It's a photography book that includes fragments of stories and a few selected recipes. It does what a book does: it immortalizes moments or a particular experience, it crystallizes memories, those of two young chefs and their wonderful place in the Tarn that the photographer documented over four years.
JEREMY VERON is a French photographer based in Paris. His work is post-documentary, inscribing space, light and time on his work while leaving the reader a certain freedom of interpretation. He has always considered long-term works, and his intention for this first book is to linger on the visual and narrative constituents of place, in order to propose a work that is poetic, light-hearted yet full of meaning and symbolism.
