RETURNS

We operate a 30-day returns policy, which means that you have 30 days after receipt of your item in which to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as that in which you received it, unworn or unused, with its labels and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, together with instructions specifying how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please also note that if your country of residence is not France, shipping times may be longer than expected.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND ORDER PROBLEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation and put it right.

Certain types of item cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers or plants), personalised products (for example special orders or customised items), and personal care products (for example perfumes). Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions concerning a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return in order to tell you whether the refund is approved or refused. If it is approved, the refund will automatically be made to your original means of payment within 15 working days. Please note that your bank or your card issuer may take some time to process and record the refund. If more than 15 working days have elapsed since your return was approved, please contact us at production@foureyeseditions.com.

EXCHANGES

The quickest way to obtain the item you want is to return the item you have received and then, once the return has been accepted, to make a separate new purchase for the new item.

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EUROPEAN UNION)

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from receipt, for any reason whatsoever and without having to provide any justification, in accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Code de la consommation (the French Consumer Code). As indicated above, the item must be in the same condition as that in which you received it, unworn or unused, with its labels and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
