IMPRESSIONISM — To mark the 150th anniversary of the Impressionist movement, Jonathan Bertin spent two years working between Paris and Normandy, his birthplace and the cradle of the movement, photographing the places of his daily life, mundane scenes, social scenes, limestone cliffs, and the lively waves of the Alabaster Coast. A collection of delicate images, a work with a distinctive materiality, and above all, a tribute.

JONATHAN BERTIN is originally from Normandy and now lives in Paris. Author of his first book ( New York - Quest ), he is presenting this new work as part of a French tour in 12 cities in France, followed by several major exhibitions in Normandy at the Rouen Abbey and in Amsterdam with the Homecoming Gallery.

EDITORS' NOTE — The cover is particularly delicate, made of velvet. The book reads vertically like a sketchbook and features a remarkable printing technique. Several special editions have been created for the book, including a perfume, "Jardin en bord de mer" for the collector's edition, in collaboration with FLAIR Paris.
