Cosmopolitan — Fabien Ecochard

COSMOPOLITE is a tribute to a modern, vibrant and colorful Paris in the eyes of Parisian photographer Fabien Ecochard.

This book is based on a desire: to show another Paris, not the one on postcards but that of Parisians. The Parisian photographer reconnects with the great tradition of color street photography to tell the story of a Paris of today, a human and cosmopolitan Paris .

Fabien Ecochard captures its accidents and beauties to deliver a modern look at the capital, far from the clichés of a fantasized Paris.

For the preface , we are honored to have the words of Jean-Christophe Béchet , distinguished street photographer, former Editor-in-Chief at Réponses Photos and author of more than twenty books dedicated to photography as well as the Swiss curator and photo-editor Melody Gygax (Magnum Photos), collaborator among others of Alex Webb.
