Preparation and dispatch
Our books are stored, prepared and dispatched by our logistics partner based in Ivry-sur-Seine, thirty minutes from our studio. We track parcels one by one with them. Dispatch within 2 to 4 working days, in reinforced cardboard, with bespoke packing for large formats.

Tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the parcel is collected. Then allow 4 to 6 working days for delivery within France, longer internationally.

Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout, according to the destination and the format of the book. Within France, delivery is free on orders over €200, excluding large-format books and items requiring specific shipping.

Customer service
Parcel delayed, lost or damaged, or a question after delivery: write to us at production@foureyeseditions.com. We reply within 2 to 4 working days, we open an enquiry with the carrier and we keep you informed until the matter is settled.
